30-Day Return Window: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at marcfrantz7@gmail.com
Unopened Products: Full refund if bottle is sealed and unused. Customer pays return shipping.
Opened Products: No returns or exchanges for hygiene/safety reasons. All sales final once opened.
Damaged/Defective: Send photos within 48 hours. We’ll replace or refund + we cover return shipping.
Refunds: Processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
